    Experience & Skills

    Sandra specialises in project delivery and business advisory services . She has worked on many complex IT and Business Transformation projects for both Government and private clients. Over the years’ Sandra has advised the top tier business including Woodside, WesFarmers, HBF, Department of Health, Department of Family and Community Services and held senior positions at DXC Technology (formally CSC) and SMS Management & Technology (now part of the ASG group).

    Outside of work Sandra enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time at her country home in York, Laurelville Manor. She has 3 grandchildren which also keep her very busy!

    Sandra has experience in business transformations with a focus on shared services and IT. Her ability to isolate process issues and blockers and design organisational structures which supports the strategic direction of the business and operating processes always delivers above client expectations.

    Strategic Commercial Management & IT Procurement

    Sandra has helped numerous clients outsource shared services and manage contracts for the supply of key materials and labour. She will ensure contracts are set up properly, agreeing key service levels, pricing structures and advise on on-going contract administration and management processes.

    Independent Peer Reviews For Large Projects

    If your business is running a large scale project you should conduct an Independent Peer Review to ensure you are setting it up for success. Sandra has project managed hundreds of complex projects, some with individual values over £500M. She will conduct a full scale detailed Independent Peer Review, ensuring strategic objects and detailed requirements have been adequately defined, achievability of the delivery plan, commercial activities, governance structures, stakeholder engagement, budget and cost management and the PMO function’s effectiveness.
